Lübech Living started a journey towards a more circular production in 2009. They went from traditional interiors to interiors in various recycled materials and through a women's project. Today, the brand works with zero waste paper, recycled wool, recycled glass, residual textiles and sawdust from residual wood.
Lübech Living works with a circular economy from design to the finished product. They produce exclusively handmade products in the desire to minimise their CO2 footprint. The company uses recycled and natural materials. In primary production, energy is not used but natural sunlight. Other production includes, among other things, solar power and water recycling.
OOhh's flowerpots and vases are all made in their own Zero Waste paper, made from collected paper and own paper waste. The brand's wool products are made from wool and leather scraps from glerup's shoe production in a Zero Waste collaboration. In the brand's new Wood Dust collection, sawdust from different types of wood is used to define the colours of pots instead of using paint.
