SALES COORDINATOR for House Doctor® Group


House Doctor is a Danish lifestyle company with an international reach and an ambitious growth strategy. We are looking for a back-office Sales Coordinator for the Swedish market, working from our sales office in Stockholm.



Your main task will be supporting our Swedish Country Manager and making sure that all Swedish customers receive the best possible service throughout the entire sales process. Moreover, your tasks include:

  • Back office sales and administrative tasks
  • Answering emails and calls from customers

  • Participating in and providing sales support at fairs

  • Sales support on various accounts



You are highly motivated by providing excellent customer service and carrying out administrative tasks thoroughly and mindfully. You take responsibility for your tasks and can work independently with a high level of structure and overview. You are outgoing and have a natural ability to create and maintain close and trusting relations.

Days in House Doctor are never the same, so it is important that you are comfortable in an innovative and fast environment where you adapt and take initiative. You want to be part of a fun and caring team where goals are reached through joint effort and a lot of passion. This is a position with possibility to grow both personally and professionally.



You have a relevant commercial education and some experience with sales and customer relations, preferably in the lifestyle industry. You are fluent in English (a good understanding of Danish is a plus). Moreover, you are an experienced user of Microsoft Office and you are generally quick to learn new IT-systems.
