KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER for House Doctor® Group



House Doctor is a Danish lifestyle company with an international reach and an ambitious growth strategy. We are looking for an experienced Key Account Manager to cover the Bayern area, Switzerland and Austria. You will refer to our Country Manager located in Hamburg, Germany.



  • Responsible for managing current customers across Bayern, Switzerland and Austria with focus on our four brands; House Doctor, Nicolas Vahé, Meraki, and Monograph

  • Securing and managing new customers across Bayern, Switzerland and Austria

  • Market research and customer segmentation

  • Back office sales and administrative tasks

  • Representing House Doctor at international interior design fairs and arranging customer visits to our ShowLab in Denmark

  • Planning and executing customer events such as sales training and workshops



You are highly motivated by sales and driving existing and new business. We have a close collaboration with our customers, and it is therefore important that you have strong communication skills and the ability to establish personal relations with focus on mutual trust. This is also important in relation to your colleagues in both Denmark and Germany, as the distance requires a high focus on communication and matching expectations. You have a warm and forthcoming approach, where you meet others with respect and authenticity. Moreover, you are structured and coordinated and can manage a great variety of tasks. You work independently and responsibly with everything you do and have a strong internal drive for creating value and results. At House Doctor, we are always open to new opportunities and are not afraid of taking chances, which requires that you are flexible and open to change.



You have solid experience with account management and business development within lifestyle and design products. You understand both B2B and B2C sales and have a strong and relevant network with previous work experience in Switzerland and Austria. You have a commercial educational background and speak German and English fluently (French is a plus). You are used to working with CRM systems and Microsoft Office programs. You have the possibility of setting up a home office, preferably based in Bayern area and is prepared to have 100+ travel days (driver’s license is a must).
